3. Orders & Custom Prints
All orders are subject to acceptance by 3D Scotsman. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. For custom print requests, you are responsible for ensuring that any files, designs, or references you provide do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. We will not produce prints of copyrighted characters, logos, or designs without proof of licence or written permission from the rights holder. Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has begun, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is required in full before production begins on custom orders. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics — is the property of 3D Scotsman and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent. Any original designs created by 3D Scotsman remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Files or designs submitted by customers remain the property of the customer; by submitting them you grant us a limited licence to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3D Scotsman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
